Publix Coupon Policy Changes:
- No more expired coupons are being accepted
- You can only use (1) Publix yellow or green flyer coupon per item per transaction. (but, you can have multiple transactions and use more coupons)
- As for BOGO's, still can stack two coupons on each item ie; manufacture, store, or competitor
- MM (money makers) they still will apply the overage at the end of the sale. In another words if a box of rice is $2.00, and you have a coupon for $5.00 off, you will get the rice for free and a (+) $3.00 will come of your total at the end of your sale. Remember if you go into the negative by using MM, you will not receive cash back.
- For the coupons like $5.00 off $25.00 or more, you can only use one coupon per transaction…….(Hint: have more coupons of the same then split the order and have multiple transactions)
- As for Albertson's meat coupons; for instance BOG2F (buy one get two free) for pork tenderloins", then you take that to Publix, well Publix only sells pork tenderloin, not tenderloins. Some stores say they will accept but others will not, because it has to be the same verbiage. Best to confirm with your store on this.
- As for gas or visa cards, $10.00 off a $50.00 gas card with a $25.00 grocery purchase or more. Only one per transaction. (Hint: want more cards then, have multiple transactions).
- There is no limit on BOGO's, but some stores will limit you to 10. Always ask the store if there is a limit, they will change their policy as the demands impact the store. Due to people buying the entire product and reselling it.
Note: After shopping a lot of these stores and seeing how they handle coupons the following stores seem to have the most coupon friendly environment; University (this is a corporate store), Twelve Oaks, Bayshore, and Beachway. As with anything, I would strongly suggest that you call the store before you head out and make sure nothing has changed. If you have any questions please give us a call. Happy shopping J

Publix Coupon Policy Update 3.31.11
Publix coupon policy is changing April 4th. Stores are unsure of all the details but a source did tell me the the stores are only going to only allow competitors coupons that are with 15 miles of the store. There are also some unconfirmed rumors about the BOGO's meaning you have to get three of them to get the one free if using coupons on both….. I'm scratching my head on this one so when I hear something I will let you know.
Publix 3-29-11
So here's another shopping trip. Please keep in mind that we utilized "Money Makers" on this trip meaning, if a product costs $2.00 and then we have a $4.00 coupon, the product is free and the other $2.00 will then be deducted from your receipt. So needed less to say we had a lot of similar coupons. Also included in this was (5) $50.00 gas cards.
